Job Location : Hyderabad (Pocharam)

Job Timing    : 1 to 10 pm

Job Responsibility:

·         General management skills and the demonstrated ability to work in a globally matrixed and significantly multi-geography service delivery environment.

·         Manage Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Fed Regulatory Reporting (Fed) and related compliance efforts related to pharma companies , including proper identification of key risks and controls that impact the reliability of financial statements and evaluating controls.

·         Responsible for quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time.

·         Support risk based control assessments to determine the propriety and efficiency of the internal control structure and operating processes.

·         Responsible for designing and executing tests of operating effectiveness for key internal controls over financial reporting.  

·         Maintain effective engagement with clients and ongoing awareness of significant changes to control processes or other factors that may affect scoping and make adjustments as necessary.

·         Experience in effectively engaging with global clients and external stakeholder

ITRM

Job profile includes:

·          Perform or assist with IT internal Audit, Application audits, IT process reviews, IT Infrastructure Reviews, Sarbanes Oxley/ agreed upon procedures, developing Standard Operating Procedures

·          Determine audit procedures necessary to achieve the desired audit results. Draft original audit programs appropriate for audit assignment.

·          Report audit findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies and improvements in operations as per industry standards and best practices.

·          Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.

·          Play a key role in the development of less experienced staff through mentoring, training and advising.

·          Able to support sales efforts through creation of collaterals and client interactions

·          Travel in India and Overseas at a short notice

·          Able to work with teams from multiple geographies and clients from US / Europe

Educational & Professional Credentials

·          Minimum Qualification: MBA / CA / BE / CWA

·          Candidates with CISA / CIA / CISSP / CFE preferred

·          2 - 5 years of experience in large accountancy, consultancy or relevant industry segment

·          Experience in Internal audits / IT Audit / Technology Risk in Banking / Financial services preferred

Required Knowledge & Skills

·          Strong Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships

·          Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

·          Good understanding of technical platforms and risk management measures

·          Able to work independently with multi-tasking

·          Strong project management abilities, solid understanding of IT risks and controls and proven decision-making and analytical skills

·          Strong PC / Microsoft Office skills

·          Expertise in Microsoft Excel / SQL in audit techniques domain will be an added advantage

·          Excellent planning and organization skills

·          Flexibility to operate within rapidly changing environment

·          Testing ITGC and Automated Business Process Controls and have done SOX audits in their previous organizations.

Model Validation Group: Risk Analyst Lead (Manager), Grade 21.

Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Risk Analyst Lead in the Model Validation Group within Enterprise Risk Management.  Maintaining an effective Model Risk Management program has been identified as strategic objective by senior management. 

Candidate would perform objective reviews and effective challenge of the conceptual soundness, methodology and implementation of models across businesses.  On annual review of models, candidate would evaluate enhancement/remediation effort by model developers and assess model performance to be adequate for continue use.

Job Requirement

Candidate must have 5-8 years of predictive modeling experience and possess deep understanding of advanced statistical modeling concepts (ex: GLM, survival analysis, time series, logistic regression). Candidate should also have practical experience developing sophisticated statistical or econometric models using SAS or R.  Experience with other programming languages such as Matlab,C++, VBAis a plus. Candidates currently placed in the insurance industry or having insurance domain know how will be significantly preferred.

Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or equivalent quantitative discipline is required.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to write clear concise reports, and explanation of technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, and be self-motivated to manage, coordinate and facilitate multiple initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
